The Association office, located at 1204 Belle View Boulevard, is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Maintenance office, located at the rear/basement entrance of 6621 Tenth Street, is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (closed for lunch -- 12:30 to 1:00 p.m.)
Call the Maintenance number -- 703-660-6611 -- and tell the answering service the nature of the emergency. They will contact the on-call Maintenance Technician who will, in turn, promptly contact you.
In the event that your vehicle needs to be moved from the location
it is in, the sticker enables the Management Office to know who to contact. In order to obtain a parking sticker, you must come to the Management Office with a photo I.D. and a copy of your current vehicle registration and then you will be issued a sticker that is associated with your registration that you will then attach to the lower side of the passenger back window.
During the Maintenance Department's normal operating hours, you may check-out (with proper identification) a building key and/or your unit door keys (that, hopefully, you have placed on file for emergencies in accordance with the Bylaws). However, after Maintenance Department hours, the Association does NOT provide lock-out service. If you have a trusted neighbor, you may want to consider leaving keys with them; otherwise, it will be necessary to contact a locksmith to gain entry.
Items too large or heavy to lift into the dumpster may be placed next to it, making sure not to block the front of the dumpster or the hoist-arm brackets. Please notify the Maintenance Department (703-660-6611) when you have done this so they can move them to a larger container for removal from the property.
Routine minor repairs and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures (other than toilets), minor wiring and electrical repairs, broken window glass, mechanisms and screens, and changing of door locks and fixtures. For more specific information, contact the Maintenance Coordinator at 703-660-6611.
Two (2) ordinary house pets or birds, per unit, are permitted. "Unusual" pets are not. All pets must be registered with the Association office as well as with Fairfax County. The County and Belle View observe leash and poop-scoop laws, for the safety and enjoyment of all residents. Please see Policy Resolution No. 04-06 for specific details.
First and foremost, we encourage resident-to-resident communication to resolve these matters. If the disturbance is after 11 p.m., you may wish to call the Fairfax County Police (non-emergency # 703-691-2131), as noise ordinances are being violated. Otherwise, in the event direct communication fails, you may file a written complaint (email is acceptable)with the Association Office. The office will write your neighbor in accordance with Policy Resolution No. 98-1.
