Belle View Condominium has recreational opportunities such as swimming, lap, and baby pools located off of West Wakefield Drive, two tennis courts, one basketball court, volleyball/all-purpose court, four tot lots/playgrounds, and a picnic area with built in grills.

Belle View is surrounded by a full range of activities. The parkway bike path, Mount Vernon Trail, is the site for exhilarating bike rides, rollerblading, and jogging. Nature lovers observe our feathered friends on bird watching jaunts into Dyke Marsh adjacent to Belle Haven Marina.

Fitness training, ice skating, and indoor swimming are available nearby at the Mount Vernon Recreation Center (which is located on the corner of Belle View Boulevard and Fort Hunt Road). For avid readers, the Martha Washington Library is just a short walk away and our 40 store shopping center is right on Belle View Boulevard.
