There are trash bins in various parking lots in the community where household trash can be disposed of. Potomac Disposal Services picks up the trash on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Recycling is mandatory with the use of "toters" for newspapers and combination recyclables (an approved list of recyclables is on each bin area) and is picked up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Items too large or heavy to fit into the dumpster may be placed next to it, making sure not to block the front of the dumpster or the hoist-arm brackets. You must notify the Maintenance Department (703-660-6611) when you have done this so they can move them to a larger container for removal from the property.
